Dear Jen-  Congratulations on your 40th Birthday!  It truly is a milestone.  I've had the privilege of getting to know you and love you for 26 of those 40 years.  It's been quite the process for both of us and one in which I'm proud to say we've negotiated quite well.

You have much to be proud of as the woman you are - You are a highly talented woman.  You are energetic, well organized, incredibly funny (I still think you have a calling as a stand up comic), beautiful and sensitive.  Your marriage to Seth has been a gift to you and to us as well. We so love and appreciate him as we know you do.  And the children ....what Joy!!!!
